Help on 90s music video – it involves a diner and shrinking band members?

I’m trying to recall the title or artist behind a music video on a VHS that I used to watch as a kid. It was either an 80s or early 90s video, and all I remember are band members shrunken down and dancing in front of a napkin holder on a checkerboard tablecloth or a regular counter in a diner. Aaaand that is about it, which makes it difficult to google this.
