How to get current price of an Item on Amazon via API?

Say I want to paint on my website the current price of an item on Amazon. I could use their API, however the Terms of Use state that I have to be using the API primarily to drive traffic to Amazon’s site (giving me referral bonuses). In my case I just want to show the current price, not link my users to Amazon. Does a 3rd party provide this sort of service?
